ORLANDO, Fla. (CBSNewYork) — Former Yankees star Johnny Damon has been arrested for a DUI in Florida.
Damon, who was also an outfielder for the Red Sox, was pulled over in the Orlando suburbs around 8 a.m. Friday.
Police say his SUV swerved, hit a curb and drove past a stop sign.
The 47-year-old allegedly had a blood-alcohol concentration of .20.
He’s facing multiple charges, including driving under the influence and resisting an officer without violence.
