The Venice Film Festival has only just kicked off, yet Taylor Russell has already brought us a true fashion moment like no other. With the help of her stylist Jahleel Weaver, who's also worked with Rihanna, Russell hit the red carpet in a stunning Chanel dress that set off a flurry of photographers' flashes on the opening night.
The Canadian actor had only been in Venice for a matter of hours before she hit the red carpet for the premiere of Tim Burton's Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice. Already, her look is the talk of the town.
Russell was the picture of elegance while dressed as a Chanel bride, confirming her fashion status with this bold choice. The dress—originally worn by Claudia Schiffer, the ultimate muse of the late Karl Lagerfeld—was presented in the Chanel haute couture spring/summer 1993 show in Paris.
The 30-year-old styled the gown with an Elsa Peretti Bone cuff, as well as stacks of Tiffany & Co jewelry, including Victoria earrings, a platinum ring with diamonds, and a white gold diamond ring.
Before hitting the red carpet, Taylor Russell wore another vintage look—a perfectly tailored gray suit from John Galliano's spring/summer 1995 collection. Grazie mille for the fashion, Taylor!
