Among the many wild rumors swirling about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, one unfortunate pattern appears to be true: their staff keeps quitting. Or, maybe, being fired. Point is, the people who work for them don't tend to last long, which isn't always a good look. Case in point: Josh Kettler, Prince Harry's most recent chief of staff, apparently quit just three months after accepting the job.
Per People, Kettler and the Duke of Sussex parted ways following Kettler's three-month trial period in the role, and the decision to end their working relationship was mutual.
Kettler signed on as Prince Harry's chief of staff just a week before Harry and Meghan's official visit to Nigeria earlier this year, and his exit comes just ahead of the couple's trip to Colombia, where they will speak to the importance of online safety, and the damaging effects of cyberbulling.
Before joining Prince Harry's team, Kettler was chief of staff and head of strategic partnerships at the communication platform Cognixion. He has also held positions at Patagonia and Better Place Forrests, per Tatler.
The Daily Mail reports that since they married in 2018, the Sussexes have gone through eighteen staff members, half of whom departed after they moved to California.
Could a high turnover rate be the reason it's taking so long to get Meghan Markle's lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, launched in any meaningful way. Or maybe she's just waiting for that Netflix series she apparently wrapped in July…
