Jennifer Lopez is still wearing her engagement ring from Ben Affleck, but not on her left hand.
On August 1, the 55-year-old superstar was photographed attending Cats: The Jellicle Ball—a reimagining of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s famous musical—at the Perelman Performing Arts Center in New York City. For the occasion, the singer swapped out multiple wardrobe staples; opting for a sweet floral dress over her favored baggy jeans, cat-eye sunglasses over her usual oversized shades, and switching her green diamond engagement ring from Affleck on her right finger instead of her left. Though Affleck and Lopez were photographed holding hands at Violet Affleck's graduation on May 30, the pair have spent most of the summer apart since breakup rumors began surfacing earlier that month. On May 15, In Touch reported that Affleck had moved out of their shared home, and that the couple was “headed toward divorce."
The couple's relationship has been making headlines ever since, with paparazzi working hard to snap photos of their left hands. While Affleck was spotted without his wedding ring at lunch with his daughter Violet in late June, it was back on his finger just a couple days later. As for Lopez,

While Affleck's own daughter visited her stepmom in the Hamptons last month, Affleck was noticeably missing from Lopez's Bridgerton-themed birthday party on July 20. Just a week later, TMZ reported that Affleck has officially purchased a new home in LA.
"[Lopez is] doing her best to stay positive and focus on the great things in her life,” a source recently told Entertainment Tonight. “It has been a hard year with some unexpected realizations, changes, and obstacles, but Jen is trying to view her 55th birthday as a fresh start. She is trying not to let her situation with Ben bring her down.”
