Loewe inventive director Jonathan Anderson, who additionally served because the costume designer on Challengers, advised WWD of his muse, “When JFK Jr. was younger, in the ‘80s and ‘90s, there was kind of an effortlessness to his wardrobe—like he could wear anything, and sex appeal would always be there."

Lawrence dressed the statement tee up a bit for an outing on June 6, pairing the gray shirt with with pleated black trousers and a black Dior handbag slung over her shoulder. Tell me if I'm reading too much into this but…is JLaw possibly trying to send some kind of message (aside from the obvious one) with this top? Challengers was directed by Luca Guadagnino, who is also directing Lawrence in an upcoming film called Burial Rites, per Screen Rant. After the tee went semi-viral, O'Connor told Rolling Stone, “It’s such a cheeky T-shirt. Just so cheeky, and I really liked wearing it.”
Possibly Lawrence is making an attempt to shout out Guadagnino. Or perhaps I am simply carrying my tin foil hat a little bit too tight.
