Nicola Coughlan is having a serious corset second. And I am not speaking about something she wears in season three of Bridgerton. I am speaking in regards to the customized, pure gold corset she wore to a press occasion on April 13 (which you'll see here). Good luck ripping that bodice off, Colin Bridgerton.
Based on the model that designed it, MISHO, the golden, two-piece corset, that includes an anatomical coronary heart design within the middle, was impressed by Coughlan's Bridgerton character. “Inspired by Nicola’s character in the beloved show, the bodice adorns the form of a heart and is a modern sculptural interpretation of Penelope Featherington’s journey with love and finding herself this season,” the model wrote on Instagram.
Coughlan wore the corset over a black, silk costume with off-the-shoulder sleeves, and paired it with MISHO's golden “Amphora” necklace, which incorporates a pendant within the form of a water vessel. Coughlan saved the remainder of her styling easy, carrying her blond hair in unfastened waves round her shoulders and including a pair of straightforward black pumps.
“Polin Season is Officially Here 🐝,” Nicola Coughlan wrote on Instagram, referencing the Bridgerton fan portmanteau of Penelope and Colin's first names. And I believe everyone knows who the diamond of this season is.
