German-American Steuben Day Parade Returns To NYC For 64th Year

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A parade up Fifth Avenue returned Saturday for the 64th time, and the first time since COVID hit.

The German-American Steuben Day Parade stepped off from 68th Street and Fifth Avenue on Saturday afternoon.

The parade was not held in 2020, and this year’s crowd was fairly small.

Hundreds of travelers who usually visit from Europe had to stay at home because of COVID.
