NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Times Square Arts, the public art program of the Times Square Alliance, revealed the winner of this year’s design competition.
The project is called “Love Letters.”
It’s a plywood installation that has secluded seating for reflection or meditation.
Visitors can leave love letters within the sculpture, tie ribbons with wishes to it and leave other mementos.
