Teens Deployed Stun Gun At School In Queens, NYPD Says

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Students at a school in Queens were taken to the hospital for evaluation Thursday after a stun gun was deployed.

According to police, two teens were playing with the stun gun when it went off and hit a metal fence that other students were leaning against.

It happened just after 1:15 p.m. at the school in Ridgewood.

Approximately eight kids ages 8-10 said they felt a vibration against the fence, but they were not shocked, police said.

They were checked by EMS and taken to Wycoff Hospital for evaluation.

Police were still looking for the teens that had the stun gun.
